This was our first experience in buying a property...and our first home. We talked to a few Realtors but Rosetta was referred to us by our Chiropractor and we liked her immediately ... and we wish we had the funds to work with her more!! SHE IS AMAZING!

She was very patient with us. We were looking for a place where we would probably retire and also a place where we could have a place for our aged parents - so lots of "this would work if" and "that's would be great because" ... not a simple "3 bedroom, two bath" search. We relied heavily on here expertise...which she is overflowing with!

As my sister said "You don't get a realtor to buy a crappy house in a bad neighbourhood". She's seen it all and when we got her opinion, she was always 100% right on! We really leaned on her expertise and she always gave an explanation based on her experience. We put our first offer on our first home after a few weeks of looking and got it! While she never gave any money suggestions, always saying "you have to be comfortable", we took her feedback and gave it a lot of weight.

When we were told her what we were willing to offer on our dream home, and after pressing her on what she would offer she actually suggested a lower offer and a rent back - and explained why. We went with her suggestion and felt good about it...and got the home! While we understand that the choice to accept our offer was the sellers, we still feel like Rosetta saved us $25k. ;-) Additionally, she was right on the mark with the amount the appraiser's feedback. She knows her stuff!

She really made it easy for us and made it a great experience. Her work ethic is amazing. And her woofie is awesome too! Rosetta is the type of person you want to be friends with. We feel really lucky to have the opportunity to work with her.

Finally, I wanted to say that she hooked us up with Bob Bachman as a Loan Officer and he was great. They work really well (and really fast) together! So it's a great "two for one" deal! You will not be disappointed!

We really hope to be able to invest in some property again and Rosetta will be our first choice!

In the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdowns, I finally decided to sell my house! Selling/buying a home at anytime can be stressful but add the lockdowns and you have even more.
